摘要

多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome

PCOS）

是女性最常见的以代谢和内分泌紊乱为特征的疾病

也是引起胰岛素抵抗和2型糖尿病的重要原因。稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗（homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance

HOMA-IR）和口服葡萄糖耐量试验（oral glucose tolerance test

OGTT）是检测胰岛素抵抗最常用的方法。通过减轻体重和有效的生活方式干预对于改善PCOS合并胰岛素抵抗具有重要意义。同时

主流指南和共识均推荐二甲双胍作为治疗PCOS合并胰岛素抵抗的一线药物。现本文对PCOS与胰岛素抵抗的发病机制和诊疗方法作一综述。

Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome is the most common disease characterized by metabolic and endocrine disorders in women and it is also an important cause of type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance. Homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance and oral glucose tolerance test are the most commonly used methods for detecting insulin resistance. Weight loss and effective lifestyle intervention play an important role in improving insulin resistance in PCOS. Meanwhile

metformin is recommended as the first-line drug for the treatment of PCOS with insulin resistance by mainstream guidelines and consensus statements. This article reviews the pathogenesis of PCOS and insulin resistance and related diagnosis and treatment methods.
