摘要

新型冠状病毒肺炎（coronavirus disease 2019

COVID-19）主要通过呼吸道飞沫和接触传播

具有较强传染性

人群普遍易感。由于口腔诊疗的特殊性

易产生高浓度的气溶胶

增加了病毒感染风险。该文结合国家、各省市相关规定及指引

以及医院实际情况

在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间

通过制定相关防控措施、制度、标准等以保护医务人员和患者安全

并取得了良好效果。本文总结相关感染防控经验

以期为疫情期间口腔诊疗工作提供参考

也为今后应对类似呼吸道传染病疫情的防控提供借鉴。

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019（COVID-19） mainly spreads through respiratory droplets and physical contacts and has strong infectivity

and people are generally susceptible to this disease. Due to the special features of the diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases

it may easily produce high concentration of aerosols

thus increasing the risk of virus infection. After the eruption of COVID-19

with reference to national

provincial

municipal provisions and guidelines and the actual conditions of hospitals

related prevention and control measures

systems and standards were developed to protect the safety of medical workers and patients

which have achieved good outcomes. This article summarizes the experience in infection prevention and control

so as to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases during the epidemic

as well as for the prevention and control of similar respiratory infectious diseases in future.
