摘要

爆发新冠疫情以来

中国的医疗卫生事业受到巨大影响

更给外科急诊实践带来巨大挑战。科学制定患者从门诊到出院全过程新冠防护措施

能有效降低院内交叉感染的传播风险

从最大限度上保护患者及医护工作者。2020年1月20日至2020年3月12日

某院普通外四科共接诊急诊患者162名

其间无一例新冠肺炎院内交叉感染、无一患者误诊、无一例医护人员感染记录

本文结合该院普通外四科接诊急诊患者过程中防控新型冠状病毒的各环节防护举措进行论述与分析

为新冠疫情期间普通外科收治急诊患者的防护措施提供了理论参考。

Abstract

The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019（COVID-19） has greatly affected the medical and health undertakings in China and has also brought great challenges to the practice of emergency surgery. Scientific development of protection measures for COVID-19 patients from outpatient service to discharge can effectively reduce the risk of cross infection in hospital and protect patients and medical workers. A total of 162 emergency patients were received by Fourth Department of General Surgery in a hospital from January 20 to March 12

with no case of cross infection of COVID-19 in hospital

misdiagnosis or infection of medical workers. This article discusses and analyzes the protection measures for COVID-19 in the process of prevention and control of emergency patients in Fourth Department of General Surgery in this hospital

which provides a theoretical reference for developing the prevention measures for emergency patients in general surgery during the epidemic of COVID-19.
