摘要

对恶性肿瘤进行放疗、化疗、分子靶向治疗及免疫治疗时可能对甲状腺造成损害

引起继发性甲减

尤其儿童患者治疗后远期可出现甲状腺癌。因此

对恶性肿瘤进行内科治疗时需要评估甲状腺功能

治疗后应该密切检测甲状腺功能的变化。

Abstract

Malignant tumor therapies（radiotherapy

chemotherapy

molecular targeted therapy

and immunotherapy） can damage the thyroid gland

cause secondary hypothyroidism

and especially induce thyroid cancer after long-term treatment in pediatric patients. Therefore

thyroid function should be assessed before the medical treatment of malignant tumors and monitored closely after the start of treatment.
