摘要

由于年龄、疾病、护理技术、药物等因素的影响

输液外渗已成为护理工作中很常见的问题。若已发现外渗而又未给予重视

亦未采取积极的防治措施

可能会导致严重的后果。通过分析导致输液外渗的各种因素

以达到避免或早期发现输液外渗

并采取正确的防治措施的目的

从而减轻病人的痛苦

保证患者的医疗安全。

Abstract

Intravenous extravasation has become a common problem in nursing work

influenced by age

disease

nursing skill

and drugs. Extravasation

if observed but without adequate attention or active measures

may lead to serious consequences. We analyzed various factors for extravasation to avoid it

or to find it earlier and take correct protective measures

reducing patients’ suffering and guaranteeing their medical safety.
