摘要

目的

探讨跨科共管模式在院内非内分泌科患者胰岛素泵管理中的应用效果。

方法

采用方便抽样法，选取2023年1月至2024年12月在武警重庆总队医院非内分泌科使用胰岛素泵治疗的240例患者为研究对象，按入院时间先后分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规管理模式，观察组采用跨科共管模式。比较2组患者血糖达标时间、不良事件发生率及患者满意率。

结果

观察组血糖达标时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（

0.001）。观察组意外损坏发生率、导管脱落发生率、输注报警发生率及低血糖发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（

0.05）。观察组患者满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（

=0.020）。

结论

跨科共管模式可缩短非内分泌科胰岛素泵患者的血糖达标时间，降低相关胰岛素泵不良事件发生率。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the application effect of the cross-departmental co-management model in the management of insulin pumps in non-endocrinology departments within hospitals.

Methods

A convenience sampling method was used to select 240 patients treated with insulin pumps in non-endocrinology departments of Chongqing Hospital of PAP between January 2023 and December 2024. They were chronologically divided into a control group and an observation group . The control group received routine management，while the observation group received the cross-departmental co-management model. The time to target blood glucose level，the incidence of adverse events，and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.

Results

The time to target blood glucose level in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（

0.001）. The incidences of accidental injury，catheter detachment，infusion alarm，and hypoglycemia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （

0.05）. Patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（

=0.020）.

Conclusion

The application of the cross-departmental co-management model improved the effectiveness of insulin pump therapy for patients in non-endocrinology departments within the hospital and reduced the incidence of adverse events related to insulin pumps.
