摘要

目的通过对在校教职工年度健康体检数据进行分析

全面掌握教职工疾病谱的分布规律

为精准做好教职工健康管理提供客观依据。方法通过对北京某高校在校教职工2019年度健康体检资料统计汇总

按年龄和性别分组

对阳性结果检出率进行排序和分析。结果 2019年度教职工体检人数共1 669人

占全校教职工总人数的62.2%。按异常结果检出率排序

位列前10位的疾病主要是结节性疾病和代谢性疾病。结论该校教职工罹患病种达70余种

某些疾病相对集中在45～65岁人群

应定期组织体检和追踪

制定个性化健康管理方案

帮助教职工提升健康意识和健康水平。

Abstract

Objective Through the annual physical examination of the staff

to understand the distribution of dis-ease spectrum

and to provide objective basis for the accurate health management of the staff. Methods The data of annual physical examination of staffs were collected

grouped by age and gender

and the positive results were sorted and analyzed. Results The number of physical examination for faculty was 1 669

accounting for 62.2% of the total. According to the detection rate of positive results

the top 10 diseases were mainly nodular diseases and metabolic diseases. Conclusion There are more than 70 kinds of diseases among staffs

some of which are relatively concentrated in the 45-65 years old population. Regular physical examination and follow-up should be carried out

and health management programs should be formulated for individuals to help teachers and workers improve their health awareness and health level.
