摘要

新型冠状病毒肺炎患者存在气促、喘憋、咳痰困难等呼吸系统症状

从而需接受长期的呼吸康复治疗以改善呼吸功能。2020年2月初至3月底

重庆市某医院呼吸康复研究团队的某位成员支援了武汉大学人民医院

其在参与新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的诊治期间

根据新型冠状病毒肺炎的特点和患者个体情况

制定了个性化呼吸康复方案

为武汉大学人民医院某病区患者开展了科学有效的呼吸康复治疗。个性化呼吸康复方案内容包括呼吸康复措施、心理干预措施、改善患者日常生活活动能力措施及营养支持等。以期为相关临床工作及研究提供借鉴。

Abstract

Patients with COVID-19 have respiratory symptoms such as shortness of breath

wheezing

and difficulty in sputum expectoration

which requires long-term pulmonary rehabilitation to improve respiratory function.From early February to the end of March 2020

a member of the pulmonary rehabilitation research team of a hospital in Chongqing participated the treatment of COVID-19 in the People′s Hospital of Wuhan University.During the work

a specialized pulmonary rehabilitation program was developed fully based on the characteristics of the COVID-19 and individual conditions

and it was carried out scientifically and effectively in a ward of the People′s Hospital of Wuhan University.The specialized pulmonary rehabilitation program includes pulmonary rehabilitation measures

psychological intervention measures

improving patients’ daily life activities and nutritional support.Our experience is helpful in relevant clinical work and research.
