摘要

目的探讨智能化急诊分诊安全管理模式对急诊科心血管疾病患者护理质量的影响。方法选取2018年4月-2019年4月于河南省某医院急诊科就诊的182例心血管疾病患者作为观察组

选取2017年3月-2018年3月于同一医院急诊科就诊的178例心血管疾病患者作为对照组。对照组患者采用常规急诊分诊管理

观察组患者采用智能化急诊分诊安全管理模式

比较2组患者抢救有效率、入院至完成分诊评估时间、抢救时间、气管插管时间、急诊停留时间、预后良好率、残疾率、死亡率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者抢救有效率为97.25%(177/182)

高于对照组的91.01%(162/178)

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者入院至完成分诊评估时间、抢救时间、气管插管时间、急诊停留时间均短于对照组

差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者预后良好率为76.92%(140/182)

明显高于对照组的66.85%(119/178)

差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者残疾率及死亡率比较

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者就诊秩序、就诊顺序、服务质量及就诊时间的评分均高于对照组

差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用智能化急诊分诊安全管理模式能够有效提高急诊科心血管疾病患者抢救有效率

缩短诊疗时间

改善预后及提高患者护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of intelligent emergency triage safety management mode on the quality of care of patients with cardiovascular diseases in emergency department.Methods A total of 182 patients with cardiovascular disease who were treated in emergency department of the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled as observation group.178 patients with cardiovascular disease who were treated in emergency department of the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were collected as control group.The patients in the control group were managed by conventional emergency triage management

and the observation group used an intelligent emergency triage safety management model to compare the rescue efficiency of the two groups

case fatality rate and satisfaction.Results The effective rate of rescueof observation group was significantly higher than that of control group[97.25%（177/182）vs.91.01%（162/178）]

tracheal intubation time and cardiopulmonary resuscitation time were significantly shorter than those of control group（P<0.05）.The good prognosis rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[76.92%（140/182）vs.66.85%（119/178）

P<0.05].There was no significant difference in disability rate or mortality between the two groups（P>0.05）.The scores of satisfaction such as visit regulations

service quality and visit time in observation group were higher than those in control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The triage safety management mode based on intelligent emergency classification and triage system can effectively improve of emergency treatment of cardiovascular disease patients in the emergency department
