Effect of emergency nursing pathway on green channel residence time and emergency efficacy of patients with cerebral hemorrhage
Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing pathway on green channel residence time and emergency efficacy of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 84 patients who were admitted to a hospital in Henan Province for primary cerebral hemorrhage and were treated through green channel between January 2017 and December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.40 patients admitted before the implementation of emergency nursing pathway(January to December 2017)were included in the control group
and 44 patients admitted after the implementation(January to December 2018)were included in the observation group. The green channel residence time
auxiliary examination time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)was used to score the two groups on the 7th and 15th day after admission. The therapeutic effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The green channel residence time
auxiliary examination time and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of control group
the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the NIHSS scores on the 7th day of admission between the two groups(P>0.05);the NIHSS scores on the 15th day of admission of both groups were lower than the 7th day of admission
and the observation group was lower than the control group
the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of first aid in the observation group was 93.18%
higher than that in the control group(70.00%)
the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(15.91%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(52.50%)
the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency nursing route can effectively shorten the stay time of patients with cerebral hemorrhage
