Clinical effect of phacoemulsification with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma with cataract
Objective Analyze the effect of phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods Eighty-forth patients with primary angle closure glaucoma and cataract in a hospital in Liaoning from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the study object.Randomly divided into study group and control group by digital table method
42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with goniosynechialysis; The study group was treated with phacoemulsification and goniosynechialysis. The changes of intraocular pressure before and 1
3 and 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups; The visual acuity
angle of angle adhesion
depth of central anterior chamber and width of angle were compared before and 6 months after operation; The complications of the two groups were compared. Results At 1
3 and 6 months after operation
the intraocular pressure of the study group was(30.23±12.72)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)
(16.27±9.17)mmHg and(14.34±7.32)mmHg
which were lower than that of the control group(35.14±11.15)mmHg
(21.35±10.32)mmHg and(19.69±7.92)mmHg
The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation
the visual acuity of the study group was(0.76±0.23)°
which were higher than that of the control group(0.41±0.11)°;The angle of angle adhesion in the study group was(162.63±51.22)°
which were lower than that of the control group(192.44±60.25)°;The depth of anterior chamber of the study group was(3.75±0.33)mm
which were deeper than that of the control group(2.91±0.45)mm;The width of the study group was(3.98±0.47)mm
which were wider than that of the control group(2.52±0.32)mm
The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions After trabeculectomy
Phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma with cataract was effective
