摘要

目的探讨核糖体结合蛋白1（RRBP1）在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集2016年7月-2018年7月于四川省某医院就诊的184例结直肠癌患者手术切除的结直肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织标本

采用免疫组织化学法检测RRBP1表达水平

分析RRBP1表达与患者临床病理参数和预后的关系。结果 RRBP1在结直肠癌中的阳性表达率为79.35%（146/184）

明显高于癌旁正常组织的19.02%（35/184）

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。不同年龄、性别、肿瘤部位患者RRBP1阳性表达率比较

差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;不同肿瘤大小、TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移患者RRBP1阳性表达率比较

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。Cox回归分析结果显示

RRBP1阳性、Ⅲ/Ⅳ分期、低分化、淋巴结转移是结直肠癌患者预后的危险因素（P<0.05）。结论 RRBP1在结直肠癌组织中呈现高表达;RRBP1阳性为结肠癌患者预后危险因素;RRBP1作为分子标志物可以为结直肠癌的诊断及预后提供参考依据

值得临床参考。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of ribosome binding protein 1（RRBP1）in colorectal cancer（CRC）tissues and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 184 CRC tissues and adjacent normal tissue specimens from CRC patients treated in a hospital in Sichuan province from July 2016 to July 2018 were collected.RRBP1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry

and the relationship between RRBP1 expression and clinical pathological parameters and prognosis of patients was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of RRBP1 in colorectal cancer was 79.35%（146/184）

which was significantly higher than 19.02%（35/184）of normal tissue adjacent to the cancer（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of RRBP1 among patients of different ages

genders

and tumor sites（P>0.05）;there was a statistically significant difference in the positive expression rate of RRBP1 among patients with different tumor sizes

TNM stages

differentiation

and lymph node metastasis（P<0.05）.Cox regression analysis showed that positive expression of RRBP1

TNM stage III/IV

poor differentiation

and lymph node metastasis were risk factors for the prognosis of CRC patients（P<0.05）.Conclusion RRBP1 is highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues;positive expression of RRBP1 is a prognostic risk factor for patients with CRC;RRBP1 as a molecular marker can provide a reference for the diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer

and is worthy of clinical reference.
