氧化应激是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)重要的发病机理之一

抗氧化应激可作为COPD治疗的新思路。谷胱甘肽(GSH)作为体内抗氧化剂

可保护体内细胞不被氧化损伤。因此

可通过提高COPD患者肺内GSH浓度治疗COPD。N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)作为半胱氨酸的前体参与合成GSH
