Objective To explore the clinical effect of diosmin joint Mayinglong musk haemorrhoid ointment for the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods From March 2012 to June 2015

a total of 120 patients with hemorrhoids in a hospital of Zhengzhou were selected and divided the patients into observation group（n=60）and control group（n=60）with random number table method.The control group were treated by diosmin treatment

while the observation group were treated by diosmin joint Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment.The efficacy

quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions of 2groups were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate observation group of patients was 93.33% after the treatment

higher than that（75.00%）of control group

the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Before the treatment

the physiological

psychological

social relations and environmental dimension scores of quality of life scale of 2groups were compared

there was no statistically significant difference（P>0.05）;After the treatment

the physiological

psychological

social relations and environmental dimension scores of quality of life scale of 2groups were higher

and each dimension score of patients′quality of life scale of the observation group were higher than the control group

the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 5.01%

lower than that（16.66%）of control group

and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusions Using diosmin and Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment jointly to treat hemorrhoids can improve the efficacy and patients′quality of life effectively

also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions

which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
