Anesthetic Effect of General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Anesthesia on Total Hysterectomy with Laparoscopy in Hypertensive Patients
Objective To investigate anesthetic effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on total hysterectomy with laparoscopy in hypertensive women.Method 168 cases of hypertensive patients received from August 2012 to December 2014 in a hospital of Xianning City to have total hysterectomy with laparoscopy surgery were divided into an observation group(90cases)and a control group(78).The observation group were given general anesthesia with epidural anesthesia
while the control group were given only general anesthesia. Then patients in both groups were observed the levels of the heart rate
systolic blood pressure
diastolic blood pressure
blood sugar
adrenaline and aldosterone in 10 minutes before anesthesia(T0)
trachea cannula(T1)
5minutes after pneumoperitoneum(T2)
the removal of the uterus(T3)and extubation(T4)and they were compared and analyzed their spontaneous breathing recovery time
fully awake time
extubation time and the inhibitory effect of uterine traction. Results On the time points of T2
T3
and T4
the heart rate
systolic blood pressure
diastolic blood pressure and the level of aldosterone in the observation group were lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);on the time points of T1
T2
T3
and T4
the level of adrenaline in the observation group was obviously lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the inhibitory rate of uterine traction in the observation group was 92.22%
that of the control group was 83.33% and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(χ2=3.148
P=0.076).In the observation group
the spontaneous breathing recovery time
extubation time and fully awake time were(4.34±1.18)min
(9.49±2.13)min and(18.63±5.18)min
significantly shorter than the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia with epidural anesthesia has good effect on total hysterectomy with laparoscopy in hypertensive women and it can shorten the extubation time
spontaneous breathing recovery time and awake time
worthy of further clinical promotion.
