The Clinical Analysis of Targeted Therapy of Sorafenib on Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of targeted therapy of sorafenib in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.Method 58 cases of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma received in a hospital of Xiaogan city were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group
29 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given oxaliplatin combined with S-1chemotherapy
while patients in the observation group were given targeted therapy of sorafenib. Then
the shortterm efficacy
long-term efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group
the total effective rate of short-term efficacy was 31.03% and the clinical control rate was 68.97%;the total effective rate of short-term efficacy in the control group was 34.48% and the clinical control rate was 75.86%;the difference in the two groups was not statistically significant. The progression free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)of patients in the observation group were(3.02±1.13)months and(9.45±2.06)months;PFS and OS in the control group were(3.18±1.05)months and(10.15±2.48)months;there was no significant difference between the two groups. In Ⅰ to Ⅱ levels of adverse reactions
thrombocytopenia elevation of transaminase and the incidence of neurotoxicity
diarrhea
skin rash and pruritus in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05);inⅢtoⅣlevels of adverse reactions
the incidence of thrombocytopenia was significantly lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The targeted therapy of sorafenib on advanced hepatocellular carcinoma has similar shortterm and long-term efficacy to the treatment of oxaliplatin combined with S-1chemotherapy
but the former has lower incidence of adverse reactions in patients and patients have good tolerance to sorafenib. It is worthy of clinical application and further promotion.
