Anesthetic Effect of Butorphanol and Dezocine in the Treatment of Artificial Abortions
Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of butorphanol and dezocine separately combined with propofol in the treatment of artificial abortions.Method 80 cases of artificial abortions from April 2010 to September 2013 in hospital of Dazhi were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group
each group was 40 cases. Results The patients of observation group received intravenous injections of dezocine(0.05mg/kg)in advance and got intravenous drip of propofol(2 mg/kg)2 minutes later. At first
the patients of control group received intravenous injections of butorphano(10μg/kg)
and got intravenous drip of propofol(2mg/kg)2minutes later.Compared the two groups in the aspects of mean arterial pressure(MAP)
heart rate(HR)and oxygen saturation(SpO2)
observing their changes and wake-up time
recovery time of orientation
and time of leaving hospital
at the moments of pre-anesthesia
cervical dilation and after anesthesia. Results When cervical dilation happened
two groups patients’MAP
PR and SpO2 declined dramatically comparing with pre-anesthesia with significant difference(P<0.05);wake-up time
recovery time of orientation
and time of leaving hospital of observation group was shorter than control group with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint application of butorphanol and dezocine separately combined with propofol in the treatment of artificial abortions has better anesthetic effect and higher safety. However
patients receive shorter recovery time of orientation and higher wake-up quality when used dezocine combined with propofol
