The Analysis of Test Results of Urinary Protein in Different Urine Samples
Objective To compare and analyze test results of urinary protein in different urine samples.Method120 cases of patients with kidney disease received in a hospital of Mudanjiang city from February 2012 to February 2013 were selected as the observation group
while 120 cases of normal people were chosen in the control group. The results of urinary protein test in morning urine
daytime and 24-hour urine were compared. Results The urinary protein content in the morning and 24-hour urine was lower than that of the daytime urine in the observation group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference of urinary protein content in the morning and 24-hour urine. In the control group
there were no statistically significant differences of urinary protein content in the morning
daytime and 24-hour urine. The urinary protein contents in the three samples of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with kidney disease have higher urinary protein content in different urine samples than normal people and the urinary protein content in morning and 24-hour urine is lower than daytime urine.Daytime urine is much easier to collect
so it can be used as samples for urinary protein test.
