Clinical Analysis of Minimally Invasive Surgery of Intracranial Hematoma on Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To explore the efficacy of minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method 76 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage received in a hospital of Mudanjiang City from March 2012 to September 2013 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.Patients in the control group were given craniotomy to evacuate their hematoma and those in the study group were given minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma
then the surgical outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of the study group was 94.74%
higher than 78.95% of the control group
the incidence of complications in the study group was7.89%
much lower than 36.84% of the control group and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can not only obtain a significant effect
but also reduce the incidence of surgical complications
worthy of clinical promotion and application.
