Objective To investigate the prevalence of college students’malocclusion deformity.Method 1 428 vocational college students were received oral examination with the standard of individual normal occlusion and Angle classification so as to understand the prevalence of malocclusion deformity.Results The rate for the prevalence of college students’malocclusion deformity was 35.71%

39.08%for boys

33.77%for girls and the difference was not statistically significant.Type I was the most common among the patients with malocclusion deformity;the common cases of malocclusion deformity were crowded teeth

individual tooth dislocation and deep overbite and the prevalence rates were respectively 38.63%

20.20%and 13.53%.Conclusion Vocational college students have higher incidence for malocclusion deformity which should be prevented and controlled in the early stage.
