摘要

目的研究一种保健食品对大鼠的减肥作用。方法选用Wistar大鼠

采用预防肥胖模型法

分别以低剂量（0.338g/kg）、中剂量（0.675g/kg）、高剂量（2.025g/kg）的保健食品灌胃30d

观察其减肥效果。结果中、高剂量组体质量增加量、脂肪垫湿质量及脂体比均低于模型对照组

且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论该保健食品具有减肥功能

应用价值及市场前景良好

值得进一步研究。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of a slimming capsule on weight loss in rats.Method With the preventing obesity model method

Wistar rats in different groups were respectively given low dosage（0.338g/kg）

middle dosage（0.675g/kg）and high dosage（2.025g/kg）of the health food by gavage for 30 days.Then the effects of weight loss were observed.Results The increased amount of body mass

quality of fat wet pads and fat mass in the middle and high dosage groups were lower than the model group

and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion The slimming capsule has a significant effect on weight loss and good market prospects

worthy of further study.
