摘要

心房颤动（AF）是最常见的心律失常之一

在老年人中十分常见

发病率高

持续时间长

还可引起严重的并发症

致残率及致死率均较高。近年研究表明炎症反应与房颤的发生、发展及复发有密切关系。本文通过探讨心房颤动与炎症反应之间的关系

发现C反应蛋白（CRP）和P-选择素水平在房颤患者中明显升高

故可作为房颤或心血管事件发生的独立预测因子。

Abstract

Atrial fibrillation（AF）is one of the most common cardiac arrhythmia.It is a common disease with high incidence and long duration in the elderly

which can cause serious complications and high rates of disability and death.Recent studies show that the occurrence

development and recurrence of atrial fibrillation are closely related to inflammation.By exploring the relationship between atrial fibrillation and inflammation

this paper found C-reactive protein（CRP）and P-selection levels were significantly elevated in patients with atrial fibrillation

so they could be used as independent predictors of atrial fibrillation or cardiovascular events.
