Objective To probe into the detection value of eosinophil in patients with allergic rhinitis.MethodRelevant clinical data of 86cases of patients with allergic rhinitis(observation group)and 50cases of patients without any nasal symptoms(control group)was retrospectively analyzed;blood routine examination was conducted on them;level of eosinophil in the two groups was contrasted
and its relationship with conditions of the patients with allergic rhinitis was discussed. Results Proportion of eosinophil increase in patients from the observation group(38.37%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(22.00%)
and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.87
P<0.05);number of eosinophil was positively correlated with conditions of patients with allergic rhinitis(r=0.65
P<0.01).Conclusion Proportion of eosinophil increase in patients with allergic rhinitis is remarkably higher than normal persons
and the degree of increase is positively correlated with degrees of the state of illness.
