Objective To observe factors of stroke attack for senile stroke high-risk people.Method To select 300senile stroke patients aged over eighty

and physical examination on them.Results The occurrence rates of carotid plaque formation and intimal thickening of those with chronic diseases such as hypertension

high blood sugar

and high blood fat were higher than those with no chronic diseases with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.Hypertension and carotid plaque formation were related to the stroke attack of the senile stroke high-risk people（P<0.05）.Conclusion The hypertension and carotid plaque formation on senile patients are major risk factors for stroke attack.
