摘要

目的探讨生存素（Survivin）和增殖细胞核抗原（Ki-67）在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法选择60例乳腺癌组织标本

采用免疫组化方法检测乳腺癌组织中Survivin和Ki-67的表达情况

同时选择60例癌旁组织作为对照。结果乳腺癌组织中Survivin阳性44例

占73.3%;癌旁组织中Survivin阳性6例

占10.0%。乳腺癌组织中Ki-67阳性40例

占66.7%;癌旁组织中Ki-67阳性3例

占5.0%。乳腺癌组织中Survivin及Ki-67阳性率均高于癌旁组织（P<0.05）。Survivin的阳性结果与有无淋巴结转移相关（P<0.05）

但与肿瘤大小、分化程度无关;Ki-67的阳性结果与分化程度及有无淋巴结转移相关（P<0.05）

与肿瘤大小无关。结论乳腺癌组织中Survivin、Ki-67的表达具有重要的临床意义

与乳腺癌的发生、发展密切相关

可以作为评判乳腺癌预后和疗效的参考指标之一。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen（Ki-67） in breast cancer and its significance.Method 60cases of specimens of breast cancer tissues were detected the expression of Survivin and Ki-67in these tissues with the immunohistochemical method

while 60cases of para-carcinoma tissues were selected as comparison.Results Cases of Survivin positive in the breast cancer tissues were 44

accounting for 73.3%

while cases of Survivin positive in the para-carcinoma tissues were 4

accounting for 10.0%.Cases of Ki-67positive in the breast cancer tissues were 40

accounting for 66.7% and cases of Ki-67positive in the para-carcinoma tissues were 3

accounting for 5.0%.The expression of Survivin and Ki-67in the breast cancer tissues was higher than that of the para-carcinoma tissues（P<0.05）.The expression of Survivin positive was not related with the size or the differentiation of tumor but with lymphatic metastasis（P<0.05）;the expression of Ki-67positive was not related with the size of tumor but with its differentiation and lymphatic metastasis（P<0.05）.Conclusion The expression of Survivin and Ki-67in breast cancer has important clinical significance

closely related to the cause and development of breast cancer.It can be used as one of the reference index to evaluate the prognosis and efficacy of breast cancer.
