Impact of Warm Care on the Amount of Bleeding of Patients with Cesarean Operation and Its Degree of Satisfaction
Objective To investigate the impact of warm care on the amount of bleeding of patients with cesarean operation in their operation and after their operation and its influence on the degree of satisfaction.Method80cases of patients with cesarean delivery were randomly divided into the experimental and control groups
40 cases in each group. The control group was given general care and the experimental group was provided with warm care like comfortable environment
preoperative counseling and comprehensive nursing during and after their operation. Then the bleeding in and after their operation and the degree of their satisfaction were compared in both groups. Results For patients in the experimental group
the amount of bleeding in their operation was(167.34±23.56)mL
after two hours the bleeding was(87.43±13.39)mL and after 24hours the bleeding was(204.45±25.35)mL;in the control group they were respectively(214.00±24.76)mL
(104.54 ±15.34)mL and(237.64±28.56)mL.The differences in the two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.05).The total degree of satisfaction in the experimental group was 90.00%
that of the control group was 80.00%and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm care provided in the cesarean operation can reduce the bleeding of patients in the operation
two hours and 24hours after the operation. It can improve the relationship between nurses and patients and increase patients’satisfaction.
