摘要

目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒抢救过程中二次洗胃的疗效。方法对2008年1月-2013年1月收治的120例急性有机磷农药中毒患者进行单次洗胃和二次洗胃疗效对比。结果二次洗胃患者的存活率为95.6%

单次洗胃患者的的存活率为90.4%;二次洗胃患者的胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间为（8.0±1.2）d

单次洗胃患者的胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间为（10.0±1.4）d;二次洗胃患者的住院时间为（11.0±2.1）d

单次洗胃患者的住院时间为（15.0±2.9）d。结论在急性有机磷农药中毒急救过程中

进行二次洗胃的疗效明显优于单次洗胃。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the curative effect of twice gastric lavage in rescuing patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method 120cases of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning received from January

2008to January

2013were given single gastric lavage and twice gastric lavage

and the curative effect was contrasted.Results Survival rate of patients receiving twice gastric lavage was 95.6% while that of patients receiving single gastric lavage was 90.4%;recovery time of cholinesterase activity for patients receiving twice gastric lavage was（8.0±1.2）d while that for patients receiving single gastric lavage was（10.0±1.4）d;hospitalization time for patients receiving twice gastric lavage was（11.0±2.1）d while that for patients receiving single gastric lavage was（15.0±2.9）d.Conclusion In rescuing patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

curative effects of the twice gastric lavage are significantly better than the single gastric lavage.
