摘要

目的探讨PDCA循环在口腔器材管理中的效果。方法运用PDCA循环工作法对口腔科器材进行统计

实行每日、每周检查和年底汇总制度

针对存在的问题及时修正。结果库存积压由2010年底的16种减至2012年底无积压品种

口腔器材流通时间由2010年平均62d缩短至2012年14d

积压费用由2010年3 500元减至2012年零库存容量。结论 PDCA循环能有效减少口腔科器材库存积压

缩短流通时间

降低耗材成本

值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of PDCA（plan-do-check-act）cycle in oral equipment management.Method By using PDCA cycle method

the equipments in the Department of Stomatology were statistically checked with the implementation of daily and weekly inspection and year-end summary system

and the problems were corrected and solved in time.Results The inventory backlog decreased from16kinds at the end of 2010to no backlog at the end of 2012.The circulation time of oral equipments shortened from 62days in 2010to 14days in 2012.The backlog cost decreased from 3 500yuan in 2010to zero in 2012with no inventory capacity.Conclusion PDCA cycle can effectively reduce the inventory backlog of oral equipments

shorten the circulation time and reduce the cost for material consumption

and this method should be promoted and widely applied.
