摘要

目的了解重庆大学青中年教授的健康状况。方法利用2013年重庆大学395例青中年教授的健康体检报告及健康状况评估问卷

对代谢综合征（MS）的指标进行分析。结果共检出154例患有MS

检出率为38.99%;血脂异常、血糖异常、腹部肥胖、血压异常分别为41.77%

17.22%。结论青中年教授的健康状况不容乐观

应进一步完善个人健康档案

采取相应的干预措施

提高此类人群的整体健康水平。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the health status of young and middle-aged professors in Chongqing University.Method The indexes of the metabolic syndrome（MS）wase analyzed according to 2013health check-up reports of 395cases of young and middle-aged professors Chongqing University and questionnaires for health status assessment.Results There were 154cases suffering from MS and the detection rate was 38.99%;the rates for dyslipidemia

abdominal obesity and dysarteriotony were 41.77%

26.58% and 17.22%.Conclusion The health status of our staff with senior titles is not optimistic and we should further improve the personal health records and take appropriate intervention measures to improve the overall health of these people.
