Objective To observe the curative effect of point injection in the treatment of stroke sequelae.Method 60cases of patients with stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given ordinary rehabilitation treatment while those in the experimental group received point injection based on ordinary rehabilitation treatment.Curative effect and self-care ability of patients in the two groups were compared after three months.Results Total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.7% while that of the control group was 73.3%.After treatment

score on self-care ability in the experimental group was（85.13±12.10）while that in the control group was（60.75±12.16）

and differences between the two groups were statistically significant（p<0.05）.Conclusion Point injection has satisfactory curative effects in rehabilitating stroke sequelae and improving self-care ability.
