摘要

目的探讨综合护理对消化道肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）形成的影响。方法选择我院2009年9月-2012年4月收治的115例消化道肿瘤患者

随机分为对照组57例与实验组58例。对照组采取一般常规护理方法

实验组采取心理护理、健康宣教、饮食护理、运动指导、药物预防等综合护理方法。评估并比较2组DVT形成的发生率。结果对照组DVT的发生率为19.8%

实验组为5.2%

差异有统计学意义（p<0.01）。结论综合护理对于预防术后DVT形成具有显著作用

值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the effect of comprehensive nursing in forming postoperative deep vein thrombosis（DVT）of digestive tract tumor.Method 115cases of patients with digestive tract tumor received in our hospital from september 2009to April 2012were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group with 57cases and control group with 58cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing while those in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing such as psychological nursing

health publicity and education

dietary nursing

exercise instruction and drug prevention.Incidence rate of DVT in the two groups was evaluated and compared.Results Incidence rate of DVT in the control group was 19.8% while that of the experimental group was 5.2%

and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing plays a significant role in preventing postoperative DVT

which is worth promoting.
