Objective To probe into the test method of autoantibody in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）so as to provide a reference for improving accuracy of early RA diagnosis.Method 120cases of patients with RA were randomly selected

among which 60cases were tested for anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody（anti-CCP antibody）and the other 60cases had rheumatoid factor（RF）test

and positive rates of the two groups were compared.Results Positive rate of RF group was 68.3% while that of anti-CCP antibody group was 76.7%

and the differences between the two groups was statistically significant（χ2=1.50

p<0.05）.Test result of the above-mentioned autoantibodies in 2cases of patients was negative.Conclusion Test of Anti-CCP antibody is more effective than RF test.
