摘要

目的探讨宫腔镜治疗女性输卵管性不孕的效果。方法选取2010年1月-2011年12月收治的145例输卵管性不孕患者

对照组65例

运用输卵管通液方法治疗;实验组80例

运用宫腔镜治疗。比较2组患者的临床资料和妊娠结局。结果实验组和对照组治疗前出现人流、宫外孕及盆腔炎的人数相近

差异无统计学意义（p>0.05）;实验组的不孕时间为（2.32±1.52）年

对照组为（2.39±1.45）年

差异无统计学意义（p>0.05）。实验组正常妊娠率为90.0%

高于对照组的76.9%

差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）;实验组异位妊娠率与流产率较对照组显著减少

差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论宫腔镜治疗输卵管性不孕患者正常宫内妊娠率较高

效果显著

值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the effects of hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal factor infertility.Method 145cases of patients with tubal factor infertility received from January

2010to December

2011 were selected.65cases in control group were treated with hydrotubation;80cases in experimental group were treated with hysteroscopy

and clinical data and pregnancy outcome of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Number of patients who had abortion

ectopic pregnancy and pelvic inflammatory disease before treatment in the experimental group and control group was close

and the difference had no statistical significance（p>0.05）;time of dysgenesia in the experimental group was（2.32±1.52）years and that in the control group was（2.39±1.45）years

and the difference had no statistical significance（p>0.05）.Normal pregnancy rate in the experimental group was 90.0%

which was higher than that of 76.9%in the control group

and the difference was statistically significant（p<0.05）;rate of heterotopic pregnancy and miscarriage in the experimental group was decreased significantly as compared with the control group

and the difference was statistically significant（p<0.05）.Conclusion Patients suffering from tubal factor infertility treated with hysteroscopy have a relatively high rate of normal intrauterine pregnancy.Hysteroscopy is worth promoting in clinical use with obvious effects.
