Comparative Study on Physicochemical Index of Two Processing Methods of Placenta Hominis
Objective To probe into the effects of different processing methods on the effective contents of placenta hominis.Method Placenta hominis was processed with traditional and modified methods
and contents of protein and microelement in the placenta hominis were determined respectively. Results In the group processed with modified method
content of protein in the placenta hominis was 75.14% and that in the group processed with traditional method was 67.32%
and differences between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.01).Contents of Ca
Fe and Zn in the placenta hominis in the modified group were(5325.70± 12.39)mg/kg
(324.50±8.52)mg/kg and(63.38±2.76)mg/kg and those in the traditional group were(5198.90±14.65)mg/kg
(302.27±7.87)mg/kg and(57.30±2.42)mg/kg
and differences between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion Placenta hominis is universal in clinical practice with high medicinal value. The modified processing method has obvious advantages in storing and maintaining effective contents of placenta hominis
