摘要

目的了解高校新生入学时的健康状况

探讨今后学校卫生保健工作重点。方法对内蒙古工业大学2009-2012年入学的23 924名新生体检结果进行统计分析。结果内外科疾患检出率最高（2.45%）

其后依次为丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）增高

色觉异常及肺结核

检出率分别为1.26%、1.21%和0.05%。城市生源内外科疾患检出率高于农村生源

农村生源ALT增高检出率高于城市生源

两者差异均有统计学意义（p<0.01）。男生内外科疾患、ALT增高及色觉异常的检出率均高于女生

差异有统计学意义（p<0.05或p<0.01）。城市生源的心律失常的检出率高于农村生源

差异有统计学意义（p<0.01）。男生的心律失常及高血压的检出率均高于女生

差异有统计学意义（p<0.05或p<0.01）。结论不同性别和生源地新生的健康状况存在差异。学校卫生保健工作的重点是预防突发性心脏病

并加强传染病的防治。

Abstract

Objective To have knowledge about the health status of freshmen in universities at the time of admission and explore the key point of healthcare work in universities in the future.Method Physical examination results of 23 924 freshmen at Inner mongolia university of technology admitted during the period from 2009 to 2012 were statistically analyzed.Results Detection rate of medical and surgical affection was the highest with a percentage of 2.45%

which was followed by increased alanine amiotransferase（ALT）

abnormal color vision and tuberculosis with respective detection rates of 1.26%

1.21% and 0.05%.Detection rate of medical and surgical affection in students from urban areas was higher than those from rural areas while that of increased ALT in students from rural areas was higher than those from urban areas

and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.01）.Detection rate of medical and surgical affection

increased ALT

and abnormal color vision in male students were all higher than female students

and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.05 or p<0.01）.Detection rate of arrhythmia in students from urban areas was higher than those from rural areas and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.01）.Detection rate of arrhythmia and hypertension in male students were higher than female students

and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.05 or p<0.01）.Conclusion Health status of freshmen with different sex and sources are different.Key points of healthcare work in universities are to prevent sudden heart attacks and strengthen prevention and control of infectious diseases.
