实施人性化管理是医院管理的重要内容和系统工程。本文以浙江大学校医院为例

阐述了如何营造优美的医院环境

包括自然环境、人文环境、工作环境。从人事、分配、奖惩等方面论述了如何进行人性化管理以及人性化管理的作用

为医院的管理者提供借鉴意义。

Abstract

Implementing humanistic management is an important work and a systematic project.This paper

taking the Hospital of Zhejiang University as an example

illustrates how to create a beautiful environment in the hospital

including natural environment

humanistic environment and working environment.It discusses how to implement humanistic management and functions of humanistic management from aspects of personnel

allocation

rewards and punishments and so on to provide a reference to administrators of the hospital.
