Conducting physical examination for freshmen and graduates of universities is an important part in the management of college students’ status and health.This paper summarizes experiences in physical examination for years and illustrates several aspects which should be noticed: making full preparation and organizing in a strict way;establishing good environment for examination;arranging proper order in the examination and paying attention to every detail;sterilizing strictly to prevent cross-infection;providing corresponding psychological and medical care according to specific characteristics of college students.Physical examination should be organized carefully due to limited time and heavy workload to ensure quality of physical examination and health of students.
