摘要

目的了解大学生体育保健现状

为医学院校体育教学改革和体育课程建设提供依据。方法采用文献资料法和问卷调查法对大学生的体育保健知识、态度、行为进行调查。结果学生体育保健知识来源最多的是学校

占85.7%;78.7%的学生认为体育保健知识重要

需要学习掌握体育保健知识;多数学生对运动损伤的处理方法、运动保护、运动生理反应等知识与技能缺乏

但男生好于女生

差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）;在体育锻炼时有54.6%的学生发生过运动损伤。结论大学生体育保健知识与技能匮乏

运动损伤发生的机率较高

学校应加大体育保健知识与技能的培训。

Abstract

Objective To have a knowledge about the status quo of the sports health care of college students so as to provide a basis for the teaching reform and course construction of physical education in medical universities.Method Knowledge

attitude and practice on the sports health care of college students were surveyed with the method of documentation and questionnaire investigation.Results Most sports health care knowledge of the students was acquired at school

which accounted for 85.7%;78.7% of the students thought that knowledge on sports health care was important and they should acquire some;Most students lacked knowledge and skills in handling sport injuries

protection during playing sports and physiological reaction in sports

but male students were better than female students

and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.05）;54.6% of the students had sport injuries while doing physical exercises.Conclusion College students lack knowledge and skills on sports health care and have higher rate of getting sport injuries

so the colleges or universities shall strengthen the training of knowledge and skill on sports health care.
