Primary Analysis of the Relation Between Microscale Albuminuria and Hypertension
Objective To have a knowledge about the relation between microscale albuminuria(MAU) and hypertensive nephropathy.Method The MAUs of 168 patients with hypertension and 125 healthy people were detected with immunonephelometry
and the MAU positive rates of patients with different gender and at different clinical phases between the two groups and in the group with hypertension were compared. Results The MAU positive rate in the group with hypertension was higher than the healthy group
and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.01);the MAU positive rate in the group with a clinical phase between 5-10 years was lower than the group with a clinical phase over 10 years
and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Regular detection of MAU for patients with hypertension is helpful to early monitor the advance of hypertension and for clinicians to judge patients’ condition so as to make proper treatment scheme.
