Objective To analyze the irrational drug use in treatment of gastritis and peptic ulcer patients.Method Surveyed and analyzed drug use records of 855 cases patients with gastritis and peptic ulcer which had been diagnosed by electronic endoscopy.Combining the author’s clinical experience and relevant literature review in treatment of gastroenterology in recent years

we retrospectively analyzed irrational drug use in gastritis and gastric ulcer patients from the pharmacological mechanism of the treatment methoda.Results Gastroenterology of drugs for the treatment of gastritis and ulcer agents can be divided into catalogs as followings: acid restrain drugs（H2 receptor antagonists

cholinergic drugs

proton pump inhibitors

etc.）

anti-Helicobacter pylori drugs

gastric mucosal protective agent

etc.;According to the results of the survey

there were 297 patients existing irrational drug use with an proportion of approximately 34.0%.Common irrational drug use are as followings: H2 receptor antagonist with anti-acid drugs compatibility

gastric mucous ulcer with anti-acid agent compatibility

proton pump inhibitors with bismuth agent compatibility

domperidone with butyl choline compatibility

etc.Conclusion: Factors such as different kinds of medicine

gastritis mechanism play an important role in the treatment of peptic ulcer gastritis

and it is necessary for clinical doctors to learn more to get rational drug compatibility.
