Observation of the Efficacy of the Integration of Anisodamine and Progesterone in Treating Renal Colic
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the integration of anisodamine and progesterone in treating renal colic.Method 132 patients with renal colic were randomly divided into 2 groups
with 68 patients in experimental group and 64 patients in control group. The experimental group received muscle injection of 40 mg progesterone and intravenous drip of 10 mg anisodamine mixed with 5% glucose(250 mL);the control group just received the intravenous drip of 15 mg anisodamine mixed with 5% glucose(250 mL).The analgesic effects and adverse reaction after the use of drug for one hour were observed. Results The rate of efficacy of experimental group was 51.47% and its total effective rate was 88.23%;the rate ofefficacy of control group was 25.00% and its total effective rate was 53.12%
the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The rate of adverse reaction of control group was higher than that of experimental group(P<0.01).Conclusion The integration of anisodamine and progesterone is more effective to release renal colic than using anisodamine only
