摘要

目的了解中学教师的心理健康和主观幸福感状况及其相互关系。方法采用中小学教师心理健康问卷和主观幸福感问卷

对488名中学教师进行了心理健康状况和主观幸福感状况调查。结果中学教师心理健康得分平均为（1.66±0.74）;存在一定心理问题的检出率为12.30%。中学教师的主观幸福感不强烈

其中整体生活满意度偏低;积极情感体验最多的是爱

最少的是自豪;消极情感体验最多的是压力

最少的是嫉妒。教师心理健康与主观幸福感存在相关。结论中学教师的心理健康及主观幸福感现状不容乐观

中学教师心理健康水平的高低会影响主观幸福感的强弱。

Abstract

Objective To investigate high school teachers’ mental health and subjective sense of happiness as well as the relation between the two.Method To survey the mental health and subjective sense of happiness of 488 high school teachers

using questionnaires designed for elementary and high school teachers.Results The average score of mental health was（1.66±0.74）;the detection rate of psychological problems was 12.30%.Subjective sense of happiness was weak and overall satisfaction with life was low.Of all positive emotions

love was sensed the most while self-pride the least.Of all negative emotions

pressure was sensed the most while jealousy the least.There is interrelation between mental health and subjective sense of happiness of teachers.Conclusion Mental health and subjective sense of happiness of high school teachers are yet to improve.Mental health status influences the degree of subjective sense of happiness.
