摘要

目的探讨大学生人际冲突调解能力及其现状

为高校教育提供新的参考。方法通过自编问卷

对443名本科学生进行调查

并对结果进行统计分析。结果大学生人际冲突调解能力的7个因素即取当事人立场、耐心、表达能力、公平公正、真诚、多方面考虑、客观的特征值分别为30.307

真诚得分最低;大学生人际冲突调解能力总体上处在中等水平;男生显著高于女生。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the interpersonal conflict mediation ability of university students and its present situation

and to provide references for higher education.Method To investigate 433 undergraduate students with a self-designed questionnaire

and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Seven factors including subjects’ positions

patience

oral expression capability

justice

sincerity

comprehensive consideration and objective traits value

were 30.307

and their scores in the seven factors were 36.78

10.58 respectively;the difference between boys and girls in mediation ability was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion The interpersonal conflict mediation ability is made up of seven factors;the score in subjects’ position was the highest and that in sincerity the lowest.Generally

the interpersonal conflict mediation ability of university students is at the medium level;scores of boys were significantly higher than those of girls.
