摘要

目的了解大学生肺结核的发病情况

为防治肺结核提供依据。方法对兰州大学2006-2010年新入校的大学生肺结核检出情况进行分析。结果 21 380例新生中发现61例肺结核可疑病例

32例确诊病例

检出率为149.7/10万。结论大学生中肺结核检出率有逐年上升的趋势

应引起高度重视并有针对性的做好结核病防治工作。

Abstract

Objective To explore the incidence of tuberculosis in college students

and to provide basis for TB prevention and treatment.Method The freshmen from 2006 to 2010 of Lanzhou University received the examination of tuberculosis and the results were analyzed.Results 61 suspected cases of tuberculosis were found in 21 380 freshmen and 32 cases were confirmed.The detection rate was 149.7 per 100 000.Conclusion The detection rate in college students rose year by year

which deserves great attention

and therefore

purposeful TB prevention and treatment is needed.
