摘要

目的了解高校女大学生生殖健康知识和行为习惯的现状

为探索适合女大学生人群生殖健康教育模式及途径提供参考依据。方法随机整群选取某高校4个年级共392名学生进行生殖健康与保健知识行为问卷调查。结果女大学生生殖健康与保健7个方面以经期卫生保健和痛经相关知识知晓率最高

分别为79.6%和77.0%。而人工流产和避孕措施相关知识知晓率最低

仅为29.0%和33.3%。认可婚前性行为占64.3%

性行为时偶尔使用避孕套者占29.4%。最迫切想要了解的内容主要是两性性生理、性心理及避孕知识。仅约18.9%的女大学生通过学校教育途径获得生殖健康知识。结论女大学生的生殖健康知识较薄弱

不健康行为比例较高

生殖健康教育亟待加强。

Abstract

Objective To find out the sitnation of female university students’ knowledge on reproductive health and their behavioral habits

in order to provide reference for further exploring reproductive health education model and method for the female university students.Method Randomly selected 392 female students from four grades of the university were requested to answer a survey on reproductive health and protective behaviours.Results In the seven aspects on female university students’ reproductive health and protection

the rate of knowledge on health protection during periods and dysmenorrhea is the highest

which take up 79.6% and 77.0% respectively.On the contrary

the least known by them is the knowledge on induced abortion and contraception

which only take up 29.0% and 33.3% respectively.64.3% of the students can accept sexual actions before marriage.29.4% of them use condoms for contraception sometimes.What they want to know most is the knowledge on sexual physiology

sexual psychology and contraception.Only 18.9% of them get the reproductive health education through school education.Conclusion The female university students’ reproductive health knowledge is inadequate.Unhealthy sexual behaviours still take up a high proportion.So reproductive health education needs strengthening.
