摘要

本文分析了98例肝胆系统手术后并发胆漏的原因

总结了诊断与护理经验。通过观察患者腹部体征及引流液性质有助于早期诊断胆漏。发生胆漏后

应及时对患者给予心理护理及疼痛、饮食、皮肤、引流管等的护理

密切观察和实施有效的护理干预可有效缩短疾病的治疗过程。

Abstract

The reasons of 98 patients with biliary fistula after bile duct surgery were analyzed

and their diagnoses and nursing were reviewed.It was said that observing patients in the abdominal signs and drainage fluid diagnosis of biliary fistula was useful to diagnose earlier.Once biliary fistula occurred

the psychological nursing and nursing of pain

diet

skin and drainage pipes would be called for.The frequent observatior and effective nursing can shorten the cure.
