摘要

目的了解广州澳门两地大学新生面对的压力及应对方式

为进一步探讨两地大学生健康教育模式及途径提供参考依据。方法随机选取广州澳门2008级新生935名进行"青年与社会压力"及"应对方式"问卷调查

对调查结果进行统计分析。结果两地新生前5位的压力均是学业压力、就业压力、处理人际关系压力、竞争压力、经济收入压力

只是排序略有不同。两地新生应对方式除求助因子外其余5项因子的比较均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。澳门组新生更倾向于解决问题和求助的成熟型应对方式。广州组较多使用幻想、退避、自责等不成熟应对方式。结论学业压力是广州组新生最大的压力

就业压力是澳门组新生最大的压力。澳门新生较广州新生更倾向于成熟型积极应对方式。

Abstract

Objective To understand the pressure faced by the freshmen of Guangzhou and Macau universities and their coping style

in order to provide reference for further exploring health education model of the freshmen of Guangzhou and Macau.Method 935 freshmen whom entered Guangzhou and Macau universities in 2008 were randomly selected and surveyed by questionairs Youth and Social Pressure and

coping style and the results were analyzed statistically.Results The first five pressures of the freshman from Guangzhou and Macau were academic pressure

the employment pressure

interpersonal pressure

competitive pressure and economic pressure on earnings

but sorting is slightly different between two areas.Except factor asking for

the other 5 factors about coping style had statistically significant differente between two areas（P<0.01）.Facing perssure

Students from Macau tended to maturely solve the problems and ask for help

while those from Guangzhou usually prefer illusion

resignation and self-accusation immaturely.Conclusion The academic pressure is the the main pressure of freshmen in Guangzhou

while the employment pressure is the main pressures freshmen in Macau.Macau students are prefering mature and active solutions.
