摘要

目的了解高校新生的健康状况

为制定科学的医疗保健措施提供依据。方法对重庆工商职业学院2005-2009年新生的体检资料进行统计分析。结果男生的身高、体重、血压高于女生（P<0.01）

脉搏低于女生（P<0.01）;BMI正常者占79.96%

营养不良检出率女生高于男生（P<0.01）

营养过剩检出率男生高于女生（P<0.01）;高血压检出率为0.63%

男生高于女生（P<0.01）

营养过剩者高血压检出率高于BMI正常者（P<0.01）;HBsAg阳性率为6.58%

视力低下检出率为60.65%。结论该校大学新生的健康状况不容乐观

尤其是男生

学校应对此重视

采取有效的防治措施。

Abstract

Objective To provide basis for setting up medical care measures through learning the freshman’s health condition at a certain institute.Method The freshmen’s physical examination results at Chongqing Technology and Business Institute from 2005 to 2009 were analyzed.Results The records of boys’ height

weight and blood pressure are higher than those of girls’ （P<0.01）

but the records of pulse is on the contrary（P<0.01）.The percentage of normal BMI is 79.96%.Besides

more girls are dystrophic （P<0.01） and more boys are suffering from overnutrition （P<0.01）.The hypertension detection rate is 0.63%

in which boys take up more than girls

and students with overnutrition take up more than the normal BMI （P<0.01）in terms of hypertension detection rate.The positive rate of HBsAg is 6.58% and the detection rate of low vision is 60.65%.Conclusion The freshman’s health condition is not optimistic

especially of the boys.The institute should pay more attention to this situation and adopt effective medical care measures.
