摘要

目的了解高校青年教职工高血压人群的血脂、血糖、血尿酸等代谢状况及脂肪肝发病情况

旨在为心脑血管疾病的早期预防提供依据。方法选择2008年某高校教职工青年原发性高血压100例作为观察组

分层随机抽取男女比例相同的非高血压青年教职工100例为对照组

统计分析两组间空腹血糖、血脂、血尿酸异常及脂肪肝的检出率。结果观察组空腹血糖、甘油三脂、总胆固醇异常检出率及脂肪肝检出率均高于对照组（P<0.05）

而血尿酸异常检出率两组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;观察组总胆固醇、甘油三脂异常检出率分别高达70.0%、55.0%

脂肪肝检出率为40.0%;不同性别空腹血糖、甘油三脂、总胆固醇及血尿酸异常检出率比较

差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论该高校青年教职工高血压人群普遍存在血糖、血脂代谢异常

男女性检出率相当

脂肪肝检出率亦增高

应引起高度重视

及早干预。

Abstract

Objective To survey the metabolism status and incidence of fatty liver disease（FLD）in young staff of an university with primary hypertension for early prevention of cardiovascular disease.Method 100 young university staffs with primary hypertension were selected as a study group and another 100 young staffs without hypertension were selected as the control group by means of the stratified random sampling method.The levels of fasting blood glucose（FBG）

total cholesterol（TC）

triglyceride（TG）

uric acid（UA） and the prevalence of FLD of the subjects from both groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group

both the levels of increased FBG

TG and the incidence of FLD in study group were significantcy higher（P<0.05）

but there was no statistical significanle in the difference for both the level of UA and the prevalence of hyperuricemia between the two groups observed（P>0.05）.The deteltable rates of increased TC and TG were considerably high（70.0% and 55.0%） and there was no statistical significance in the difference for the deteltable rates of increased FBG

TG and UA between male and female in study group（P>0.05）.Conclusion Metabolism disorders and FLD are widespread among the young university staff with hypertension

and the deteltable rates of increased FBG

TG and UA are similar for both male and female.Hence

much attention and early prevention are needed.
