摘要

目的探讨危重产科应用快速子宫切除术的手术方法及适应征。方法对我院近5年应用快速子宫切除术的病例进行回顾性分析。结果18例合并DIC的高危产妇应用快速手术切除

17例痊愈出院

1例子痫合并HELLP综合征的患者死亡。结论产科大出血合并DIC的高危产妇

快速子宫切除仍可挽救生命。

Abstract

Objective To probe the operatioe treatment of hysterectomy and its indication for critically ill obstetric.Method The cases receiving treatment of hysterectomy in our hospital over the past 5 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 18 cases of high risk pregnaney receiving the operatiue treatment

17 cases were cured

and 1 case of gravidarum combined with HELLP was dead.Conclusion High risk maternity patients of obstetrical massive hemorrhage combined DIC should receive emergeney operative treatment of hysteroctomy.
